Development of a Will is a very important step in managing your testamentary affairs. The Will speaks to your wishes of how your estate will be managed after your demise. Items like identifying you executor, your funeral wishes and managing which portions of your estate are bequeathed to family members or other persons.

The Advance Directive (A.D.) is based from the Yukon Government Dictated form which has been enhanced by our office. The A.D. is a pre-death document and its primary focus is to ensure that your proxies are the correct people to make health choice decision for you if you are unable to do so for reasons of medical / health impairment. We have made a standard form which assist you in determining who you would give proxies to in order for them to deal with the decisions affecting your health.
